Prajyoth ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, delivery address, payment details) when you create an account or place an order. We also collect usage data (pages visited, search queries, click events) to improve the shopping experience, and device/browser information for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process orders and payments, personalise product recommendations and AI-generated search results, send order confirmations and delivery updates, provide customer support, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI & Personalisation
Our AI features (semantic search, product recommendations, store design) process anonymised usage signals to improve relevance. Your data is never used to train external AI models. You can opt out of personalisation by signing in and updating your preferences in My Account.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, logistics partners, and cloud infrastructure providers. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and use it solely for the service they provide to us.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (session authentication), functional cookies (cart persistence, theme preference), and analytics cookies (page views, conversion events). You can manage cookie preferences via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Order data is retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us — subject to retention obligations.
