Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Prajyoth shopping platform. They govern your rights and obligations as a user.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Prajyoth store (prajyoth.in/store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders. By using this platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts created on behalf of a business must be authorised by the entity.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@prajyoth.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is described in detail on the Returns & Refunds page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timelines specified there. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, AI-generated designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Prajyoth. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download product data, use the platform for fraudulent transactions, attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform's security, upload malicious code, or impersonate another user or Prajyoth staff.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prajyoth's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
